Uppercut Coffee Company Return Policy

At Uppercut Coffee, we are committed to providing you with the freshest, highest-quality coffee. We take great care in roasting and packing our products, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Roasted Coffee

Due to the perishable nature of our freshly roasted coffee beans, all sales of roasted coffee are final and non-refundable. This policy is in place to ensure the quality, freshness, and food safety of all our coffee products. We roast to order, and once a bag of coffee has been shipped, we cannot accept it back.

If there is an issue with your order, such as a mistake in the type of coffee shipped or a problem with the packaging, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

Non-Coffee Merchandise

For non-consumable items, such as mugs, apparel, or brewing equipment, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• In its original packaging.
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will promptly address the issue by either sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
